“Travelling with two kids and elderly parents is always a challenge, but Devdaar Cottage made it easy. We took the 3-bed room and it was perfect for the four of us — spacious, very clean, and the kids loved being surrounded by the big deodar trees outside. The pure veg food was a big relief after eating from dhabas on the highway for two days. The staff helped us arrange a local taxi to Kashi Vishwanath Temple Uttarkashi and back, and even packed us a lunch for the day. Small things that make a huge difference. This cottage has the warmth of a homestay with the reliability of a proper hotel. Cannot recommend enough.”
